Social network provided us with the opportunity to stay connected with the people globally. But it also gives the option to make our lives personal if we want to. LinkedIn have given us this opportunity.
When we have a resume it means we are looking for a job but when we have a profile on LinkedIn it does not mean that it performs similar action. Therefore most of the jobseeker believes that LinkedIn is the key to find better and concerned profession job. LinkedIn have the network of almost 450 million members and at present obtaining for $26.2 billion by Microsoft, now the company is rolling on a latest attribute for its consumers who might be fascinated in gently finding a new job, whereas engaged at some other place as well.
The latest feature is called the open candidate, with this feature the recruiters will find the exact candidate which they assume have the potential to fit into the post. The signals will pop-up to those recruiters and to particular candidate as well and notify them that this candidate wants to change his/her job and want new horizon and opportunities. It will be primarily presented in the UK, Canada, U.S and Australia and will reach out to further marketplaces all over current year.
Open candidates will rolled out as a larger overhaul of LinkedIn’s recruitment product, that in addition comprise of latest and other vibrant Career Pages. Customized pages are the new way to connect for the recruiters at the back with their clients that are appointing to give flawless combination of both, the recruiters and clients.
