I think almost everyone of us has come through the experience of “My Facebook account has been hacked”. But there are several different ways that hackers use and hack your account. One of the reason to hack your account is that don’t log in through an unknown person’s laptop. They use different techniques to steal your personal information and use it against your identity. Don’t save your password in any laptop or PC, automatic logins through Facebook permit the hackers to access many unusual site accounts once they have taken over your account. Spammers also hack Facebook accounts to gain access to the people you are following or friends with.
If you want to know that you are at the safe side or not, means whether your account has been hacked or not there is a simple way to ensure. Go to the arrow in the upper right-hand corner of your Facebook page and hit it off. In the menu, select Settings. A new menu will pop up on the screen. Choose Security and then where you’re logged in.
A list of all the devices and locations from where you logged in will be revealed. If you think that there are some locations or places that you don’t be acquainted with then chances are that your account has been hacked. So to end this process, click on End Activity on the right side of the logo to end the session. Your hacker will be logged out from your account temporarily and change the password as well so that he/she didn’t try to hack your account again.
Facebook is always providing you with the option that you can use and secure your account. Go to Facebook help page click on I think my account was hacked or someone is using it without my permission, and after that click on secure it. Facebook will take you to a page where you log in and then follow the instructions to secure your account.
