Open Whatsapp Messenger

The first step is to open Whatsapp icon that give an impression of a green box with a white balloon and a phone icon in it.

Open up a conversation

Click on the back button in the upper-left corner to go back to your conversations page.

If Whatsapp opens up to a unlike page, click on the Chats button at the underneath your screen.

Hit the + button, it is situated in the lower-left corner of your screen following the text area.
