The announcement heard that a Finnish manufacturer will re-launch “the world’s best-selling mobile phone” soon. After 17 years of its launch, the Nokia 3310 is set to make a comeback.

HMD Oy Global, a Finnish manufacturer with the restrict rights to promote the Nokia brand, has declared that an upgraded version of the classic phone will put up in the market at the end of February.

The original version took his last breath in 2005, at which point as per Nokia, it had sold 126m units, and just then it was the world’s best-selling phone.

As per reports, the phone will primarily be available merely to European and North American consumers and will cost €59, considerably less than its original price in 2000 of £129.

Furthermore, details about how similar the new version will be to the original one are not confirmed yet. But announcement of the release has mixed response, some commentators suggested that the past is better left alone.
